Service providers including Shopify, Klaviyo, Judge.me or equivalent reviews platform, Google Analytics, Clicky, payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay), shipping carriers, and professional advisors. We may disclose personal information when required by law. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your personal information to train third-party machine-learning models.

4. Behavioral advertising

We work with Meta and Google to show advertisements based on your interaction with our Site. You can opt out via Meta, Google, DAA, or NAI.

Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Reply STOP to SMS. Request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@maniatisfoods.com. We respond within 30 days.

California residents — CCPA & CPRA

You have the right to know, access, correct, delete, port, and limit processing of your personal information. You may not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not knowingly sell personal information of California residents.

EU, UK, and EEA residents — GDPR

You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent, plus the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers to the United States.

Other US state-privacy jurisdictions

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary, performance/analytics, functional, and advertising/marketing cookies. Most expire between 30 minutes and two years. Manage cookies through your browser settings.

7. Data retention

Order data retained 7 years for tax/warranty purposes. Customer support data retained 3 years. Marketing contacts retained until unsubscribe. Analytics data: 26 months default.

8. Security

We encrypt data in transit via TLS/HTTPS and use PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors. We implement access controls and regularly review service providers. No system is 100% secure.

9. Children's privacy

Our Site is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in EU/UK/EEA). If we learn we have collected such data, we delete it.
