From a single family-owned grove in Kalamata, inside the Messinia regional unit of the southern Peloponnese. Picked by hand in the last two weeks of November, when Koroneiki fruit is still green on the branch. Pressed at the Damouras Brothers mill in Trikorfo, thirty-two kilometers from the grove, within the twelve-hour window required by the Kalamata PDO designation. Bottled the following February, after several weeks of rest.

How it tastes
Green banana and cut grass on the nose. Artichoke heart and tomato leaf on the tongue. A clean, direct black-pepper throat-catch at the finish — the mark of a fresh, early-harvest Koroneiki.
How to use it
Drizzled on warm bread · finished over burrata or feta · dressed into a lemon-forward salad.
